Part 1-Work Placement Program · Faculty will participate in a real-world project that involves the topics presented in the past four weeks under the context of mechanical and chemical engineering · This will help to bridge the practical and academic elements and aid the faculty members to utilize real world mechanical engineering initiatives within their classroom · The participants will be guided through the project over a two-week period working in small teams with the end product being a final presentation performed for top executives in the mechanical engineering industry who will act as the judging panel and provide the faculty will descriptive constructive feedback · The program will conclude with final remarks, a closing ceremony, and certificate distribution Part 2-Group Discussion • Icebreaking • Learning goal setting • R&R Analysis and Understanding |
